Therapy that supports growth, healing, and deeper connection—with yourself and your relations.
In-person in Nanaimo, British Columbia · Online across Canada and Internationally
You are invited to a space to slow down and allow curiosity to thrive. This is a space for those seeking clarity, meaning, and harmony to compassionately explore what it means to be themselves in an often overwhelming world.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Ontario) and Canadian Certified Counsellor who works relationally and collaboratively with adults and couples seeking authentic connection, compassion, and meaning. I offer in-person counselling and psychotherapy in Nanaimo, British Columbia, and online sessions for folks living across Canada and internationally where permitted by regulation.
I come to psychotherapy as both a practitioner and a person shaped by profound questions; questions about purpose, resilience, pain, and what it means to be in authentic relationship with ourselves and others.
This curiosity shapes how I listen, how I show up, and how I understand the work of healing as something that unfolds through connection, curiosity, and respect for the complexity of human experience.
As a trained Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed, and somatic-oriented therapist, I offer meaningful support to
individuals and couples, supporting both personal healing and the relational dynamics that shape our closest connections.
Many of the people I work with are navigating life transitions, relational challenges, or the lingering effects of childhood and relational trauma. While they may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what’s next, they also carry a quiet but profound hope for something different.
My approach is relational, caring, and collaborative. It’s grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection with our authentic selves and with others. We move with gentleness, curiosity, and at the pace that trust allows.
I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
My work is grounded in approaches that honour the complexity of human experience, and that support healing through connection, curiosity, and embodiment.
IFS is a gentle, structured way of exploring your inner world. It helps us understand the different parts of ourselves—especially the ones that feel conflicted, reactive, or burdened. By approaching these parts with curiosity and care, we create space for deeper healing and self-leadership to emerge.
I draw on a humanistic foundation rooted in presence, authenticity, and meaning-making. Whether we’re exploring purpose, navigating uncertainty, or staying with difficult emotions, this approach invites depth, honesty, and agency.
Somatic therapy supports emotional healing through connection with the body. Together, we’ll tune into physical sensations, breath, and movement to access wisdom that isn’t always available through words alone.
These approaches are not applied rigidly. They inform a collaborative process that unfolds in response to your needs, pace, and lived experience.
If you are curious to further understand what therapy can look like, I invite you to explore these case studies that illustrate the ways I have worked with clients.
If you’re curious about working together, I offer a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. It’s a chance to connect, ask questions, and get a sense of whether this work—and this relationship—feels right for you.
